See-Cure UV/Visible Light Curable Masking Resin

SpeedMask® 726-SC UV/Visible light curable masking resin is formulated to provide excellent surface protection of turbine and metal components during many plating, decorative etching and anodizing, air plasma spray, blasting, and powder-coating processes. This See-Cure technology resin transitions from blue to pink upon exposure to sufficient light energy indicating cure has been achieved. 726-SC also has the ability to remain flexible at higher temperature processes up to 204°C [400°F]. This resin cures quickly and is easily removed after processing. A hot-water soak may be used to ease removal. When properly cured, 726-SC leaves no residue on the surface.

SpeedMask 726-SC is recommended for surfaces such as nickel alloys, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, cobalt, and glass.

Dymax materials are solvent free and cure upon exposure to light. Their ability to cure in seconds results in lower processing costs. When cured with Dymax UV light curing spot lamps, focused beam lamps, flood lamps, or conveyor systems they deliver optimum speed and performance for maximum efficiency. Dymax lamps offer the optimum balance of UV and visible light for the fastest, deepest cures. This product is in full compliance with the RoHS Directives 2002/95/EC and 2003/11EC.
