Ultra Light-Weld® Versatile Glass-to-Metal Bonding Adhesive

Dymax Ultra Light-Weld® 431-T is designed for glass bonding applications that require high-temperature and high-moisture resistance while maintaining superior adhesion and flexibility. This adhesive was designed with low shrinkage which results in reduced stress on the bond line or larger cured surfaces. This UV/Visible light-curable adhesive is also formulated to cure with Dymax broad-spectrum equipment, as well as our narrow spectrum, BlueWave® LED Prime UVA spot-curing system.

Dymax 431-T glass bonding adhesive is ideal for assembly applications in the glass market. This material is designed for rapid bonding of glass, plastic, and metal (stainless steel, aluminum, and copper) and can also be considered for bonding a wide variety of plastics such as PA, PC, PET, PMMA, PS, and PU, as well as ceramic.

Dymax materials are solvent free and cure upon exposure to light. Their ability to cure in seconds results in lower processing costs. When cured with Dymax UV light curing spot lamps, focused beam lamps, flood lamps, or conveyor systems they deliver optimum speed and performance for maximum efficiency. Dymax lamps offer the optimum balance of UV and visible light for the fastest, deepest cures. This product is in full compliance with the RoHS Directives 2002/95/EC and 2003/11/EC.
