High Performance UV Curable Adhesives
for Fiber Optic Assembly

Minimize movement of parts on UV cure and during thermal cycling (from –40°C to 180°C) with UV/visible light curing adhesives for fiber optics. The DYMAX OP Series of optically clear UV adhesives have superior optical transmission and come in a range of refractive indices from 1.40 – 1.58. DYMAX fiber optic adhesives are low outgassing to 10-6 grams/gram, have exceptionally low shrinkage to 0.1% or less and low to high glass transition points (Tg). With UV optical adhesives that cure completely in seconds, automated production of lenses, fiber optics, prisms, mirrors and other assemblies is faster, more reliable and more durable. The OP Series UV curable adhesives come in a range of viscosities and package sizes, are not frozen and have unlimited pot life and long shelf life.
