UV and Activator Curing Adhesives for
Chokes, Ferrite Cores and Transformers

Multi-Cure^® UV and activator curing adhesives for chokes, ferrite cores and transformers are ideal for interfacial bonding of ferrite cores (both gapped and ungapped), bridge bonding of zero gapped inductors and structural tacking of spring clipped transformers with solid and laminated cores.  They can be utilized to structurally tack spring clips in place to improve performance and eliminate noise under high power and/or heat operations normally associated with mechanically clipped assemblies.  They outperform cyanoacrylates because they have better moisture and temperature resistance characteristics.  DYMAX adhesives bond on demand in seconds minimizing tooling investment and secondary handling associated with epoxies.  Choke, core and transformer resins eliminate pre-cut spacers, cost less than spring clips and are easy to clean-up.
