UV Curable Adhesives for Catheter Bonding

The DYMAX "CTH" line of UV curable adhesives provides reliable cost saving assembly solutions for catheter manufacturers.  DYMAX UV medical device adhesive are USP Class VI approved and formulated to meet the unique assembly challenges associated with the newest catheter materials.  UV light curing adhesives provide excellent adhesion, a high degree of flexibility and fast cure speeds for consistent, low stress catheter assembly.  Single component UV curable adhesives require no special storage conditions and have excellent moisture and humidity resistance.  In-line inspection is also possible with the patented fluorescing feature offered by the "CTH-F" line of UV curing catheter adhesives.  A variety of syringe sizes and viscosities are available to provide multiple options for easy dispensing of DYMAX UV curable medical device adhesives.
