Manual Syringe Dispensers

Dymax manual syringe dispensers deliver accurate and consistent fluid deposits from pre-packed 1, 3, 5, and 10 mL disposable syringes. By using a hand-held, lightweight, disposable syringe as the material reservoir, these dispensing systems eliminate the risk of material contamination during dispense and allow for quick and easy product changeover to the next syringe with no clean-up. Dymax syringe dispensers are simple to set-up and operate and can be used to dispense a wide variety of low-to-high viscosity fluids including pastes, lubricants, adhesives, sealants, and more. Syringe dispense systems are lightweight with a very small bench-top footprint, making them ideal for individual bench-top work stations. Dymax powered syringe dispensers can also be easily integrated into automated processes. They feature vacuum suck-back for clean, crisp shutoff of fluids and can be programmed with up to 9 different dispense setting routines. The unit’s three operation modes include manual, timer, and cycle to meet specific application requirements.
