PACER TECHNOLOGY® CYANOACRYLATE Instant Adhesives for Industrial Parts Assembly
Advanced technology cyanoacrylate adhesives from Pacer Technology are capable of bonding dirty, contaminated, porous, non-porous, acidic and many other hard-to-adhere to surfaces. They come in a variety of formulations and viscosities for every type of industrial assembly application.

MR series cyanoacrylate instant adhesives are specially formulated to resist moisture and humidity while retaining tensile shear strength. MR cyanoacrylates are temperature resistant, come in two viscosities and are for applications where appearances are critical. MR cyanoacrylates are good for plastic bonding, rubber bonding and metal bonding. Some assembly applications include cosmetic cases, medical devices and electronics.
RX series cyanoacrylate instant adhesives are virtually non-surface sensitive and will bond in situations where conventional cyanoacrylates fail. The RX chemistry allows the user to achieve instant, high-strength bonds on surfaces contaminated with greases, oils and release agents, as well as plated parts, reducing surface preparation costs. RX cyanoacrylates will also bond plastics, nylon, Delrin®, vinyls, naugahyde, and woven fabrics and metals.
PX series cyanoacrylate instant adhesives provide maximum strengths for bonding various plastics and elastomers together or in combination with metals and other materials, as well as organic materials. They have a service temperature range of -65ºF to 200ºF and impact strengths of 4-8 lbs/in2. PX cyanoacrylates bond nylon, ABC, PVC, certain fluorocarbons and will not crack or craze.
