Light-Curing Spot Lamp Systems

DYMAX BlueWave^® UV light curing spot systems use high-pressure mercury vapor bulbs or LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes) that produce light energy in the 300 to 450 nm range. BlueWave lamps are ideal for fast, deep curing of adhesives, coatings, and encapsulants. Applications include PCB wire tacking, repair of conformal coatings, coil winding, and fiber optic termination, curing of glob top coatings, glass bonding, and the assembly of medical disposable devices.
