DYMAX BlueWave® UV light curing spot systems use high-pressure mercury vapor bulbs, that when ignited, produce light energy in the 300 to 450 nm range. BlueWave lamps are ideal for fast, deep curing of adhesives, coatings, and encapsulants. Applications include PCB wire tacking, repair of conformal coatings, coil winding, and fiber optic termination, curing of glob top coatings, glass bonding, and the assembly of medical devices such as syringes, catheters, tube sets, and optics. BlueWave series UV light curing spot lamps can also be equipped with multiple-pole lightguides or rod lenses for a variety of curing options.

The DYMAX high intensity BlueWave® LED visible light curing spot system offers many advantages over traditional spot curing systems including...no bulbs to change, cool cures, no warm-up, and constant intensity for thousands of hours. The BlueWave LED generates visible curing light using an array of surface mount LEDs instead of traditional metal halide or mercury bulbs. This system emits over 3,0001 mW/cm2 of visible light (centered at 410 nm) and allows users to adjust intensity from 0% to 100%.
