DYMAX UVCS SideCure™ UV curing conveyors configured with UV curing lamps on the left, right, and/or top offer consistent, fast, and safe UV curing from both the top and/or the sides. These conveyors are designed for 180° curing of UV curable adhesives, UV curable coatings, and UV curable inks. These conveyors can be outfitted with either standard metal halide (longwave), mercury (shortwave), or visible bulbs.
 UVCS SideCure™ UV Curing Conveyor
Consistent line speed, consistent lamp height, and consistent intensity together provide a consistent UV curing process. These conveyors do not emit stray UV light and can be outfitted with one to eight moderate-intensity 5000-EC UV flood lamps in the configurations shown
further below. Popular end-use applications include UV curing of bonding, masking, and coating applications in the medical, electronics, aerospace, and industrial industries.

Top-Curing Configurations
UVCS SideCure conveyors can be outfitted with ONE to FOUR 5000-EC lamps
ON TOP as shown in the diagrams below. Where 5000-EC lamps are configured in series, the belt speed can be doubled, as compared to a single 5000-EC or two 5000-EC lamps side by side.

Side-Curing Configurations
UVCS SideCure conveyors can be outfitted with TWO or FOUR 5000-EC lamps ON THE SIDES as shown in these diagrams below. Four side-mounted 5000-EC lamps provide twice the belt speed of two side-mounted 5000-EC configurations. SideCure 5000-EC lamps are sold separately.
