DYMAX UVCS SideCure UV
curing conveyors configured with UV curing lamps on the left, right and/or top offer consistent, fast, and safe UV curing from both the top and/or the sides. These conveyors are designed for
180° curing of UV curable adhesives, UV curable coatings and UV curable inks. These conveyors can be outfitted with either standard metal halide (longwave), mercury (shortwave), or visible bulbs. Consistent line speed, consistent lamp height, and consistent intensity together provide a consistent UV curing process. These conveyors do not emit stray UV light and can be outfitted with one to eight moderate intensity 5000-EC UV flood lamps in the configurations shown below. Popular end use applications include UV curing of bonding, masking and coating applications in the medical, electronics, aerospace and industrial industries.

UVCS SideCure UV Curing Conveyor |

Side-Curing Configurations
UVCS SideCure conveyors can be outfitted with TWO or FOUR 5000-EC lamps ON THE SIDES as shown in these diagrams below. Four side-mounted 5000-EC lamps provide twice the belt speed of two side-mounted 5000-EC configurations. SideCure 5000-EC lamps are sold separately. |
