The DYMAX UVC-8 conveyor system is designed for curing DYMAX UV adhesives as well as UV curable inks and coatings.
DYMAX conveyors offer very high intensities (800 mW/cm2) for fast UV curing (up to 10 meters per minute). They offer complete shielding from UV light and consistent cure times. These cost-efficient and versatile conveyor systems are perfect for both production and lab environments.
 UVC-8 UV Curing Conveyor System
The DYMAX UVC-8 Conveyor System is equipped with a 200 mm wide belt made of Teflon® and comes with 1 to 2 UV medium pressure bulbs (2000 W) and/or an IR-field. The distance between the bulb and the belt can be manually adjusted (between 70-120 mm) as well as the belt speed (1-15 m/min). Optional reflectors for curing material dispensed on temperature sensitive substrates are also available.
