18" and 25" WIDECURE™ UV Light Curing Conveyors Available in North America Only |
|
|
DYMAX 18" and 25" wide UV curing conveyors offer consistent, fast, and safe UV curing. These conveyors are designed for UV curing adhesives, coatings, and inks and can be outfitted with either standard metal halide (longwave) or mercury (shortwave) bulbs.

WIDECURE™ 18" UV Curing Conveyor
Consistent link speed, consistent lamp height, and consistent intensity together provide a consistent UV curing process. These conveyors do not emit stray UV light despite utilizing some of the most intense UV curing systems on the market.
WIDECURE conveyors are available with auto-clamp feature which applies clamping pressure during the UV curing process to eliminate visible voids and air bubbles in the bonding area.
