Ultra Light-Weld® OP-4-20632 is a clear UV/Visible light-curable fiber optical assembly adhesive designed for rapid, durable bonding of fiber optic couplings and prisms. OP-4-20632 adhesive is engineered for maximum resistance to yellowing for light-path applications and to maintain its dimensions through thermal excursions. This
optical adhesive has high bond strength to optical glass and most metals. Although the product fully cures in seconds upon exposure to UV/Visible light, heating the UV-cured product to 150°C for one hour will increase the Tg to 100°C and may further improve bond strength.
