Crosslink® ER2300/CT2300 2-part epoxy resin adhesive is a 100% solids formulation designed to meet the most critical electronic requirements. This two-part epoxy adhesive is characterized by its high temperature, thermal shock, and arc-track resistance. ER2300/CT2300 shows excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates including ceramic, FR4, plastics, glass, aluminum, cold rolled steel, and stainless steel. This epoxy adhesive forms a hermetic seal to protect and encapsulate parts.
