984-LVUF: Multi-Cure® Low Viscosity,
Ultra Fluorescing, Chemically Resistant Conformal

Multi-Cure® 984-LVUF conformal coating is a highly fluorescing, single-component, 100% solids conformal coating specifically formulated for rapid room-temperature cure when exposed to UV light. 984-LVUF is designed for rapid conformal coating of printed circuit boards and other electronic assemblies. This conformal coating retains high
fluorescence after curing. DYMAX Multi-Cure® coatings have a secondary heat-cure feature, which allows the conformal coating to cure in shadowed areas. Thin-layer coatings cure almost instantly to a depth of 7 mils and fluoresce upon exposure to "black" light. This conformal coating exhibits adhesion to a variety of metal, ceramic, and glass-filled epoxy surfaces.
This coating has been optimized for coating thicknesses between 51 mic [0.002 in] and 150 mic [0.006 in]. This material has a low viscosity making it suitable for use in all types of spray equipment. 984-LVUF excels in coating applications where chemical and abrasion resistance is critical.

DYMAX materials are solvent free
and cure upon exposure to light. Their ability to cure in seconds results in lower
processing costs. When cured with DYMAX UV light curing spot lamps, focused beam lamps, or flood lamps, they deliver optimum speed and performance for maximum efficiency. DYMAX lamps offer the optimum balance of UV and visible light for the fastest, deepest cures. This product is in full compliance with the
RoHS Directives 2002/95/EC and 2003/11EC.
