921 Series: Multi-Cure® Light Cure Potting Resins |
|
|
Multi-Cure® 921 Series high
tensile strength potting materials cure to depth in seconds upon exposure to UV/Visible light to provide high protection to electronic components and circuitry. DYMAX Multi-Cure
921 Series
adhesives are specially formulated with secondary heat cure capability for applications where shadowed areas exist.
921 Series potting resins are specifically formulated to have adhesion to metals, glass, ceramic, and many thermoset plastics. These potting materials are especially well suited for bridge bonding.
