Multi-Cure® 9-20557-LV cures in seconds upon exposure to light and is designed for rapid conformal coating of printed circuit boards and other electronic assemblies. DYMAX Multi-Cure® coatings have a secondary heat-cure feature, which allows the conformal coating to cure in shadowed areas.
This coating has been optimized for coating thicknesses between 51 mic [0.002 in] and 510 mic [0.020 in]. This material has a low viscosity making it suitable for use in all types of spray equipment.
The low modulus of 9-20557-LV allows it to excel in coating applications where thermal shock performance is critical.
