733: Ultra Light-Weld® New-Generation Plating and Aggressive Processing Mask |
SpeedMask® 733 UV/Visible light curable masking resin is formulated to provide superior protection during plating, anodizing, aggressive grit blasting, shot peening, plasma spray, and machining operations aiding in the manufacturing of orthopaedic implants and implant hardware, surgical instruments, medical devices, as well as for the manufacturing, overhaul, repair and rework of turbine engine blades, vanes and other turbine components.
SpeedMask 733 protects component substrates such as nickel alloys, steel, titanium, stainless steel, and aluminum. This 100% organic resin cures quickly and is easily removed. When properly cured, 733 leaves no residue on the surface. A hot-water soak may be used to ease removal.
