SpeedMask® 7124 UV/visible light curable masking resin is formulated to provide surface protection during many shot-peening, grit-blasting, and polishing operations. 7124 aids in the manufacturing of orthopaedic implants and implant hardware, surgical instruments, and medical devices.
SpeedMask 7124 protects component substrates such as titanium, cobalt, stainless steel, steel, and aluminum. This resin cures quickly and is easily removed. When properly cured, 7124 leaves no residue on the surface.
