706: Light Weld® Acid Strip and Thermal Spray Coating Maskant |
|
|
SpeedMask® 706 UV light curable masking resin is formulated to provide excellent surface and cavity protection during acid-stripping and air plasma spray operations. 706 aids in the manufacturing, overhaul, repair, and rework of turbine engine blades, vanes, and other turbine components.
SpeedMask 706 protects component substrates such as nickel super alloys and high-temperature steel. This 100% organic resin cures quickly and is easily removed by incineration at a minimum of 650°C [1200°F].

DYMAX materials are solvent free and cure upon exposure to light. Their ability to cure in seconds results in lower assembly costs. When cured with DYMAX UV light curing spot lamps, focused beam lamps, or flood lamps, they deliver optimum speed and performance for maximum efficiency. DYMAX lamps offer the optimum balance of UV and visible light for the fastest, deepest cures. This product is in full compliance with the
RoHS Directives 2002/95/EC and 2003/11EC.
