DYMAX 535-A adhesive activator, when pre-applied to metal, painted/coated metal, plated and surface treated metal, ferrite, ceramic, glass, wood, and thermoset plastic substrates rapidly and completely cures high-strength DYMAX industrial 600 series and 800 series structural adhesives. For most bonding applications, activator is applied to one bonding surface and adhesive to the other. The activator material may be applied by spraying, dipping, brushing, or pad transfer. Long pre-applied open times are available.
535-A adhesive activator is an environmentally safe, completely free of ozone depleting chemicals (ODCs) activator that enhances safety in the workplace and has excellent degreasing and wetting properties. This product is in full compliance with the RoHS Directives 2002/95/EC and 2003/11EC.
