DYMAX 1162-M Ultra Light-Weld® plastic-to-metal, low-viscosity medical device adhesive cures upon exposure to UV and/or visible light. 1162-M is designed for rapid bonding of metals and plastics typically used in the manufacture of medical devices such as needle bonding. DYMAX 1162-M fluoresces blue for in-line inspection under low-intensity "black" light (365nm). Visible/UV light cure
adhesive 1162-M is formulated for fast on-demand cure with the DYMAX BlueWave® LED Prime UVA spot curing lamp. Bondable substrates include PC, stainless steel, glass, PVC, and ABS.
