Dymax 1161-M Ultra Light-Weld®
multipurpose medical device adhesive for bonding metal and plastics cures upon exposure to UV and/or visible light. 1161-M adhesive is designed for rapid bonding of metals and a wide variety of plastics typically used in the manufacture of medical devices such as needle bonding, reservoir assembly, and tube sets & fittings. This product fluoresces blue for in-line inspection under low-intensity "black" light (365 nm). Visible/UV light cure
adhesive 1161-M is formulated for fast on-demand cure with the Dymax BlueWave® LED Prime UVA spot curing lamp. Bondable substrates include PC, ABS, PVC, PMMA, stainless steel, and PA.
