DYMAX Ultra-Red™ 1120-M-UR
ultra fast, tack-free, LED-curable plastic bonding medical device adhesive is designed for rapid
bonding of a wide variety of plastics typically used in the manufacture of
medical devices such as reservoir assembly, tube sets, port fittings, drug
delivery devices, pumps, and heat sensitive substrates. Visible/UV light cure
adhesive 1120-M-UR is formulated for fast on-demand cure with the DYMAX BlueWave® LED Prime UVA spot curing lamp. This product fluoresces bright red under low-intensity "black" light (365 nm). The bright red fluorescence contrasts extremely well on plastics that naturally fluoresce blue in color (like PVC), and greatly assists with visual inspection of the bond-line area. Bondable substrates include ABS, CAP, PA, PC, PS, PU, PVC, and SAN.
