Kyle Rhodes, Medical Program Manager

Kyle has a Masters Degree in Polymer Chemistry, and over 13 years experience in selling adhesives, elastomers, and polymers into the Medical Device, Aerospace, Electronics, and Optics OEM markets. Kyle recently returned to DYMAX after working in the silicone industry, and is primarily responsible for the Medical Device OEM market, with a secondary focus on the Appliance and Transportation Markets.

Daniel Hanscom, Safety Manager

Dan has been with DYMAX since 1990 and has over 17 years of experience with adhesives in the ApplicationS Engineering Department. Dan is a certified industrial technologist who holds associate’s degrees in mechanical engineering technology and industrial management; he has a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology majoring in environmental health and safety, and is completing his master’s in occupational safety and health management. In early 2007, Dan moved into the role of DYMAX’s safety manager.

Jonathan Galaska, Electronics Program Manager

Jon joined DYMAX in February 2004 after graduating from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Management & Engineering for Manufacturing. Jon was brought into the Applications Engineering group as an Applications Engineer focusing on industrial products. He transitioned to Applications Engineer for the Medical Group in January 2005, focusing on applications development for the that program. Jon moved to Marketing in May of 2007 and is now responsible for product offerings and marketing development of the Electronics program.
